Chito Technologies is a technology company registered in Nepal and based in Kathmandu. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, the topic and your message.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not ask you to create an account.

• To keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up.

We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Messages are stored in a managed database operated on our behalf by our hosting providers. The website itself is served through Cloudflare, and its typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. These providers may process data outside Nepal.

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email hello@chito.tech and we will act on your request in line with the laws of Nepal, including the Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018).

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
